Absolutely recommendable !!! We had a wonderful cruise with Popi & George today. They are fantastic hosts - very professional, warm and friendly. We all felt very comfortable from the first second. The boat is great, very spacious with plenty of seating. Below deck there is the possibility to change clothes and a small toilet. We made an unforgettable stop for a swim and were spoiled with the best dinner & great cake. Plus delicious wine, raki and lots of fun with the two hosts. We can recommend a trip with Popi & George to everyone who is looking for something special and the true luxury of real hospitality. We will definitely be back and will carry this day in our hearts until then....

Absolutely loved this boat trip. Mostly because poppi was such a great host and the trip was very good value. And not packed with people like other boats.

We had a wonderful sunset trip aboard Popi and George’s boat. They were very flexible about dates/times and activities. It was very easy to book and Popi responded to emails promptly. The boat is very comfortable with benches along both sides, a dining table and plenty of shade cover. It was also a very safe configuration for young kids (compared to some of the motor boats other companies offer, as they can’t accidentally fall out). Also useful to know that there’s a proper toilet under deck, essential with young kids! We were 4 adults and 4 young kids and everyone had a brilliant time. As soon as we got on the boat (you have to “walk the plank” which the kids thought was great fun), Popi offered us drinks - white, rose or red wine, beers, soft drinks including fizzy orange and iced tea. We were also offered nuts and crisps and the kids had lollies. Later on we had dinner - homemade by our host Popi. Orzo pasta, salad, pitta with Greek yoghurt, chicken with wine jus etc. Dessert was pineapple with greek yoghurt and cherries in syrup followed by watermelon. All delicious! We swam in crystal clear waters, snorkelled and saw some beautiful scenery. On our return the hotels on the shoreline were lit up as well as the fascinating buildings on the island of Spinalonga, very pretty. I’m so glad that we went with this company. We had a wonderful trip with Popi and George. We did a 4 hour sunset semi-private cruise, stopping off for swimming/snorkelling. Lovely traditional food provided which we all enjoyed. Would highly recommend. Thank you Popi and George 😊😘

We had a brilliant time with George and Popi yesterday on our boat trip, they were very hospitable. My wife suffered badly from sea sickness for the first part of the trip and they were always looking for ways to look after her and help her feel better. They had bought foam woggles and life jackets for the children and less able swimmers to make sure they were safe, provided food and drink and knew all the best spots for swimming. I would advise bringing your own swimming goggles and snorkels if you want to get the most out of the swims. This trip was far more personalised and intimate than the big boat trips we saw and when out and it turned out to be our family and one other having sole use of the boat. We would highly recommend and great value 👍

Great great trip. We had a private cruise on Aug 2021 and I booked by email, thanks to Popi being helpful and responsive. We were two families of friends, and we asked to have it private to avoid contact with strangers on the cruise. This was a dealbreaker for other cruises, where you would have been sharing big but overcrowded boats. We managed to meet at our preferred time, and we brought some food for the children, but in hindsight we did not need at all. Popi prepared so much food (*delicious food*), but she also prepared our food for the (spoiled) children that wanted the ham and cheese sandwich instead of the greek taste. We decided for a 4 hours trip with option for another hour (that became 5.5h at the end), and went for a swimming cruise. Giorgios took us in very beautiful places with pristine waters. Even if you don't want to swim, those place are magical. My 4 years old, that is always in the "too cold, don't want to swim", did not want to leave.. Giorgios is very skilled as captain and makes you feel safe. My daughter slept in the captain quarter, cuddled by the waves and Giorgios guarded her while we enjoyed the trip. After he allowed the girls to take a taste of being sailors under his command ... They were so excited and I'm sure both of them will have forever memories of this trip.. they asked if we can have another the day after, but we were staying in a different city.. otherwise I would have had another one for sure! The boat is perfectly

We spent a wonderful cruise with George and Popi the 27th July, we were just 4 on the trip !!!! What a beautiful experience tu swim in the sea, snorkeling….. having dinner on the boat and having beautiful view….. Such nice and kind persons …… Many many thanks to you , George and Popi. awesome half day sailing cruise on 27th July. Great hospitality , food, fishing, swimming and of course scenery. Highlight of holiday. Avoid the overloaded bigger boats 🚢 and go with this company. you wont regret it!

If you want the best of all what creta is famous for, you will find it in this boat trip with popi and George. The boat is a fishermen traditional boat fully and beautifully renovated by captain George, a fisherman himself. Popi his wife is a person who represents all the beauty of elounda, warm, caring, a beautiful person. with a big heart. You will feel welcome immediately. The trip itself is a wonderful experience, obviously George knows every corner of the sea around Elounda. We are a family of spoiled swiss. we booked a private cruise and we have enjoyed every moment of it. Highly recommended. Marco

Excellent day out with Giorgos & Popi. Unfortunately 10 guests cancelled so to our advantage we were the only 2 on the boat and we were treated like VIP guests with a Chicken dinner, salad home made chocolate cake unlimited wine and drinks. We were taken around Spinalonga and seagull island and other places of interest, we stopped for swimming and given lots of information by Popi. Would definitely recommend we had a fabulous day..thank you so much for your hospitality.

Great experience! The couple who own the boat are very nice. Popi went out of her way to make sure our three kids were happy. She even watched them a bit so we could have a little alone time. We were served sandwich’s, homemade chicken, potatoes, dakos and more. Price was amazing! Thank you so much.

What can I say that will convince you that this was worth every euro not only for the trip but For the hospitality of Popi and George. They welcomed us with fresh traditional homemade greek fare and cold beer. Water was always available so was soft drinks. The local Knowledge of George's navigational skills took us to an idyllic part of Eloundas many water fronts to swim in crystal clear waters which were warm and not choppy. I saw many fish and felt totally relaxed whilst snorkeling. Tepid seas were welcome on a blistering hot day but when the sun was going down Wow like a warm bath. The food was excellent, homemade, and plentiful. My family was entertained by Popi and her traditional dancing whilst trying to teach me the moves to greek dance. We hired the boat for a very acceptable hourly rate. When the food was thrown in which was a 3 course meal mind, we really got the boat ride for free 4 hours was worth the price the more people in your party the more value you get because you hire the boat not based on per person policy. We hired this boat in the midst of covid 19 pandemic. Popi and George kept their distance and at no point did I feel at risk due to there actions. They wore masks and food was served hygienically. Hand sanitizer was always available. If travelling to Elounda I urge you to use the services of Popi and George's boat service you will not be disappointed. Thank you Popi And George. What an amazing boat trip! We hired privately for 11 of us and Popi and George were fantastic hosts from the time we stepped on until we got off. Fishing, swimming, snorkelling, jumping from the boat (first for my kids!) and the most fantastic home made food. We couldn’t have asked for more ... thank you for making it a day to remember with fab family memories x

fantastic experience, lovely people,we were a private trip for 11 people and we couldn't ask for any more.the trip was amazing,kids got to fish ,we swam in the sea,visited 2 bays to explore and had a beautiful lunch provided... definitely recommend this to everyone

Had a fab time today as a family of 9, jumping off the boat (my 14 year olds wish), fishing (my 16 year old caught the biggest fish), food and drink was lovely and can’t say enough about the helpfulness of the Giorgio and poppy - the owners/ shipmate/ hosts and captain/ now friends! Would definitely recommend! And on our return will be booking with them again!

Just returned from our boat trip and what an amazing experience, thoroughly enjoyable, the food was amazing (all home cooked by the lovely Popi), several stops to snorkle and swim with wonderful company too. Our group had an amazing day today with Popi and George on their boat. Such lovely people who looked after us so well. We were picked up at our hotel and taken to the boat, which is lovely with shade as well as space to sunbathe, then we set sail towards Spinalonga and enjoyed the amazing scenery before stopping for swimming and a fabulous homemade lunch. We even learned a traditional Greek dance. Fabulous end to our holiday - highly recommended.

wow what amazing sunset cruise. we was on the last cruise if 2019. Popi and George are amazing hosts they can't do enough for you. we had plenty of drink and lovely food. Popi was very informative with her knowledge of the surrounding islands. we had a great swimming spot in a lovely bay, water is so crystal clear. we got to share there beautiful cake. dancing on the boat on way back. their wonderful warmth made our afternoon. this is definitely a trip i would recommend

Best boat trip we have ever been on! Made us feel so welcome and at home, would more than recommend them! We are coming back next year! We even saw a turtle on our travels, which is a once in a life time experience!

So much fun on our sunset cruise on the 24th September. Giorgos and Popi, our hosts, are such a sweet and generous couple, and we had lots of laughs with the other guests. Lovely homemade nibbles, gorgeous homemade cake, and free flowing wine and raki! Encouraged by Popi, we also tried some Greek dancing for the first time. Needless to say, we weren't very good at it 😄. Book a trip with them and it will be one of the highlights of your holiday. Thank you Popi and Giorgos 😘😘

Fantastic day out with my sister on the boat with lovley Popi & George. Went around the island with close up view of Spinalonga & stops at lovely coves for swimming & snorkeling. The food & drink provided was plentiful & all homemade & just delicious! Would definitely recommend as they go to other spots away from the big busy boats. We had a fantastic cruise with Popi and George, the hospitality we received was second to none, they provided us with a meze of cretan food,with a great selection of drinks, they are both so friendly. Giorgos was delighted to discover Jimmy one of our party was a keen fisherman so photos were being compared, Popi was so chatty, they couldn't do enough for us. The time just flew by, Popi and Giorgos we will be back. We all highly recommend this young couple and their great cruise.

We had such a great time cruising with Popi and George last night. We went for a private cruise for 8 people. We stopped in a lovely cove and swam off the boat. Then had delicious homemade snacks and drinks. It’s been the highlight of our holiday. Popi was also so kind to my son who had a sore throat. Such a great experience. Would highly recommend. Claire

I can’t say enough lovely things about this trip. The views and the crystal clear waters we were taken to was breathtaking. The food was beautiful and all home made by popi also provided drinks of choice wine/beer/soft drinks. Popi kept my very hypo 3 year old boy entertained and treated him as her own, gorge also was so lovely to myself and my family. We decided to book the sunset cruise after such a lovely experience and again wow it was simply amazing watching the sunset into the ocean and again the food and hospitality was incredible. Had a lovely day out with Popi and George yesterday. nice boat, and friendly hosts. A cruise around the back of Big Spinalonga Island with a stop for swimming in Turquoise water, followed by a fabulous lunch made by Popi, everything homemade ,even the olive oil and sea salt. One of the best meals I have had in Crete, (and I live here !) a leisurely cruise back with a very close look at Spinalonga was an added bonus. . This couple go out of their way to make your day wonderful, and the trip was exceptional value. Would thoroughly recommend

Είχαμε την καλύτερη φιλοξενία που θα μπορούσαμε να έχουμε σε ενα καινούργιο καΐκι στην περιοχή της Ελούντας.Μας έκαναν ξενάγηση σε όλο το κόλπο της Ελούντας με προορισμό το πανέμορφο νησί της Σπιναλόγκας. Είχαμε την πανέμορφη εμπειρία του ψαρέματος αργότερα και αργότερα κολυμπησαμε στα πεντακάθαρα νερά στην περιοχή της κολοκύθας.Μας προσφέρθηκαν υπέροχα παραδοσιακά εδέσματα χυμούς κρασί και φρούτα !Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ για την φιλοξενία σας θα επιστρέψουμε ξανά και ξανά και θα το συστήσουμε και σε φίλους μας!!
